1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Administration grants the User access to the Service and its functionality under the terms set out in this Agreement.

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. This Agreement is a legally binding document.

2. Description of the Service and its functionality

2.1. The Dettex Service is intended for the sale, distribution and delivery of modifications, packs and add-ons for the game Minecraft, as well as related digital goods and services.

2.2. The list of features, goods and capabilities of the Service may be changed by the Administration without prior notice to the User.

3. Rules for using the Service

3.1. The User undertakes to use the Service solely in accordance with its intended purpose and within the framework of applicable law.

3.2. The User is prohibited from:

• decompiling, hacking, patching, debugging or reverse-engineering the purchased products;
• gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to information contained in the Service;
• transferring, selling or buying accounts — the account must belong only to you;
• distributing the launcher, website or purchased modification files;
• using the Service to distribute malware, spam or other unlawful information;
• interfering with the operation of the Service, altering its code or functionality, or violating the rights of third parties.

4. Liability of the parties

4.1. The Administration is not liable for any losses caused to the User as a result of using the Service, including possible errors, service interruptions, data loss, or in-game incidents. Products are used solely at your own risk.

4.2. The User bears full responsibility for their actions when using the Service and for the consequences of such actions.

4.3. The Administration is not responsible for the content of information posted by the User in the Service.

5. Personal data processing

5.1. The Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User’s personal data obtained in the course of using the Service.

5.2. Detailed information on personal data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this Agreement.

6. Validity and amendment of the Agreement

6.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and is valid indefinitely.

6.2. The Administration has the right to amend this Agreement. Information about changes is posted in the Service. The User is deemed to have accepted the changes if they continue to use the Service after such changes are made.

7. Dispute resolution

7.1. All disputes arising between the Administration and the User in connection with this Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with applicable law.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. In all other matters not provided for by this Agreement, the parties are guided by applicable law.

8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
